These terms apply to purchases from the GO Industries online shop, operated by GO Industries Pty Ltd, ABN 55 667 291 885. Separate written quotations or trade agreements may contain additional agreed terms. Nothing here excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Choosing products
Check the product, quantity and options before ordering. Caravan compatibility depends on the complete installation. If you are unsure about fittings, electrical requirements, suspension or available space, contact GO Industries before ordering. Our enquiry process helps assess a setup; it does not certify a vehicle or installation. Use the product's instructions and appropriately qualified installation assistance where required.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery charges and the final amount payable will be shown before you place a paid order. Any product requiring a separate quotation will be identified before a commitment is made. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a different product without your agreement.
Orders and availability
We send an order acknowledgement after checkout. If we cannot supply an item as ordered, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable. We will seek your agreement before a material change to your order.
Delivery and changes
Our Shipping policy explains delivery arrangements. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; whether a discretionary change remains possible depends on whether it has been prepared or dispatched. This does not limit statutory cancellation or remedy rights.
Product problems
Our Returns policy explains how to request assistance. Any written product warranty is additional to applicable consumer guarantees. Terms will not be changed retrospectively for an order already placed.
