Delivery area
We ship within Australia.
Delivery options and charges will be presented before payment. Large tanks, kits or other bulky products may need a freight quotation. Where a quotation is required, we will confirm it with you before proceeding.
Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days. Made-to-order, preorder and unavailable items will have a separately advised lead time. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will communicate material delays and discuss your options.
Please provide a complete delivery address and accurate contact information. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will explain any necessary redelivery charge before asking you to agree to it; charges caused by our error will not be passed on to you.
Tracking
Items shipped through Australia Post or a courier service will include a tracking number, confirmed via email. If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact GO Industries with your order details so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. Photographs can help where practical, but do not replace or restrict your consumer rights. An instruction to report damage promptly is not a fixed deadline on those rights.
